Terry Strickland, Sales Manager Yankee Freedom II,
Welcomes You to the Dry Tortugas Fort Jefferson National Park
eNewsletter
As
with many emails you receive these days you’re probably
wondering “where did this come from and what are
they trying to sell me?” You are receiving
this newsletter because you submitted your email address
on our website www.yankeefreedom.com. Since
you’ve signed up for this information we probably
don’t have to sell you on taking a trip to the Dry
Tortugas - the most “remote” National Park
in the U.S. system, site of the largest brick fortification
in the Western Hemisphere, home to coral reefs, sea turtles,
rare species of birds – it pretty much sells itself. Our
purpose is to keep you up to date on anything special
that might be happening, tell you some things you might
not have known and hopefully keep you feeling connected
with this fascinating place until the next time you can
visit yourself. In order to do that we plan to produce
this newsletter quarterly but will also send out bulletins
if there is important news that we think you’ll
want to hear.

Please
don’t be concerned that you are
now going to be bombarded with emails from us. First,
we respect your time and know that if you signed up for
the newsletter it is because you have a genuine interest
in one of our national treasures, an interest that we
share. Because of that we hope that every issue
of the newsletter will have something interesting and
valuable to you. If for any reason you would prefer
not to receive the newsletter simply follow the instructions
at the end of the email you received from us. On
the other hand, if you like what you’re reading
and have suggestions for articles that you would like
to see in future issues, please email them
to me. I look forward to your comments.
